Communications tracks employee giving campaigns to ensure that they are maintaining standards set by the fundraising committee. This also shows that information is being distributed to staff and increasing employee awareness and engagement. These campaigns include the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), United Way of the Greater Dayton Area, and Culture Works.
