BCC Information Technology (IT) encourages all employees to submit a service desk ticket through the service portal as soon as an issue or incident occurs or new change request is needed, so it can be assigned to the appropriate IT professional, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.

Animal Resource Center Success

The Montgomery County Animal Resource Center (ARC) takes in thousands of dogs each year. In addition to direct adoptions, the ARC works with placement partners to find homes for as many animals as possible.

Providing communications to the Montgomery County citizens through various media outlets helps the public understand and trust the services that are provided for the community. By utilizing social and earned media, Montgomery County can share information to citizens in a cost-effective way.

Communications Internal Impact

Communications tracks employee giving campaigns to ensure that they are maintaining standards set by the fundraising committee. This also shows that information is being distributed to staff and increasing employee awareness and engagement. These campaigns include the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), United Way of the Greater Dayton Area, and Culture Works.
