The goal of the Adult Worker Program is to ensure people can achieve long-term employment. After a person finds a job, we follow-up with each employer after six months and one year past the hire date to check on the status of the employee and to get wage data. These numbers tell us how many people are staying employed after getting trained. We confirm the data with Bureau of Labor Statistics wage information.

The wage data is important because we want to ensure that our participants are succeeding in livable-wage jobs.
